Welcome to Louth Yoga Studio, home of mindfulness and well-being activities on the bustling cobbled street of Pawnshop Passage.

Do you need to de-stress and unwind? Reduce back pain? Cope with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia? Improve your balance – whether physical or mental? Tone up and build strength? Recover from injury?

We offer a range of classes and treatments so that you can transform both body and mind. Find improved mobility, reduced pain, enhanced resilience, better sleep, and cultivate calm. Take your pick from yoga classes, Pilates lessons and other gentle but effective exercises such as qigong. Pilates and yoga are the perfect complementary pair, building core strength, improving coordination and balance.

Our teachers and members make everyone feel welcome and involved.

Our Family Yoga class and “family friendly” classes make it possible for you to help your children start yoga young and to attend evening classes without worrying about childcare. Look for the “family friendly” category on our timetable.

Try traditional Thai massage to reduce back pain and improve shoulder mobility, and sugaring to remove unwanted hair from the face or body and leave your skin exfoliated and soft.

Booking is advisable for all classes and is usually essential our most popular sessions, including Beginners’ Yoga on Monday evenings, Precision Pilates on Thursday mornings and Family Yoga on Friday evenings.

We are the home of the Louth Life Art group. If you yearn to draw or paint, come along on a Tuesday night for a relaxed environment to hone your skills.

We are also lucky to be a supplier of handmade silver jewellery, drop in to see what is available as stock changes frequently.

New classes & private bookings

There is space for more classes if you are an experienced instructor of yoga or Pilates with a passion for sharing health, well-being and mindfulness.
