Sometimes life gets in the way of practice and you can’t spare the time to visit, or maybe the occasional class isn’t enough and you don’t want to miss out on all our news.

In addition to a lively timetable, there are lots of ways you can stay in touch with us on-line.

Our blog, Confessions of a Lazy Yogi is a series of occasional posts about yoga, health and well-being. Read when you drop by or subscribe to get automatic notifications when we post.

Our monthly newsletter, Yoga Mail, includes details of new classes, current offers and activities, and recipe ideas. You can read copies from the archive or sign up here.

Our Facebook group is a light-hearted place to get to know us before coming to a class and to share videos, facts or questions. Special requests for things to try in class? Forgotten the name of that restaurant someone was raving about in class? Fancy meeting up for drinks or a meal? This is the place to chat – please join in.

Our Facebook page is kept up to date with class details, new ideas we want to share with you and facts and information about classes. Comment on the posts or message to with your questions, suggestions and feedback.

Our Instagram page has lots of photos of the studio, classes, and poses both indoors and out.
