Yoga Nidra is the ultimate meditative approach to deep meditation, a perfect antidote to a busy life. This is a guided practice for entering into an effortless state of being where the mind drops away, and we create stillness in the body. In our practice, the body does not move, you can expect to be very quiet and very still, while feeling the weight of your body melt into the mat beneath you. This practise is perfect for anyone, especially those suffering from anxiety, stress, insomnia, pain or indeed those who just need to quieten the mind-chatter. You do not need any prior experience to attend this class – it is open to all.
